Dear Sir / Madam,
Fire gap is usually referred to as the minimum free open space around two house buildings, to enable a fire engine to pass around the house / building to extinguish a fire. The fire gap land area measurement to be left free of construction is specified by the concerned Municipality in the approval plan.
