Forming of colony welfare association

1. What are all the legal steps to form an colony welfare association .

2. Oue colony is an cmda approved layout about 44 plots. our of that plot no 17 to 29 given to a pvt construction with joint venture.

The construction co is now constructing slit plus four storyed residential apts. our approach road is about 50ft. because of the construction, our existing road got damaged, that too during rainy season we cant even walk in the mud road.

several times we kept informed the site engineer to put the road or relay the road. that doesn't happened.

at present we are about 20 families resdiing in the colony.

finally we thought of forming an association and get it registered legally

for that we need houw to proceed and how to tackle the road issue with the construction company.

well you can go the office of non trading association before that you need to prepare memorandum and articles of the association and get it registered or consult personally at my office

Framed the rules, regulations & memo. of association alongwith aims and function and reduce it on reqired stamp paper than get it registered in the concerned office of registrar.
