Good Afternoon , Sir ...I got car parking allotment letter of my flat on Builders Letter head instead it noted in Registered aggrement ,as well as it is not notarised document. According to Builder ...Car parking cannot be sellable hence he had given allotment on his letter head but taken Rs.1.5 lacks for purchasing parking from me.SO as like flat does this car parking is legally shows as it sells to me & does car parking is my property?What should I have to do to show it legally as my property?

Even if the contents on the Builder's letter head clearly indicates that the designated parking space has been allotted to you as a part of the sales consideration, it is sufficient to substantiate your ownership. There is no necessity that the document needs to be notarized to be valid.
