Legal Question in Construction Law in India
My Grandfather had given shop on rent basis in 1995, My uncle is now residing in that backside of shop.Now the tenants are refusing to vacant the shops.The registry is on the name of my grandfather.What we can do .Please suggest on the same.

You have right to file a case against the tenant for eviction of said property on personal necessity and on other grounds under rent act

Is your grand father alive ? Please clarify. You can file suit for eviction/possession against the tenant.
