Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Hi,
I have a house at Kurla. The papers of the house are with us & also the ration card. But our uncle was staying at the house for 15 yrs. & they have made voters ID of that house & use to vote in Kurla. Now in SRA they have given their name & the house in SRA has gone in our uncle's name. What to do. How would we get our house back.

In a slum, house cannot be in anybody's name. Therefore government recognizes ration card and Voting ID card for rehabilitating such persons.
