Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Hi,

I stay in Karol Bagh and there is an Empty piece of Land behind my house where my Windows open(back side of my house). Although I am not sure but this piece of land did not belong to anybody for a long time and then some poor people had put some jhuggies over there and started living there. Now after years all of a sudden, there is a property builder here who has started building a Commercial Project there. I am not sure if he go the papers prepared or what but first of all Commerical complex there will not only Block our Sunlight and Air since my old parents live in that house, also there will be a lot of noise everyday there now. What can I do

File a suit for injunction or writ Petition before high court by making MCD as a party .
