Hi, i am an indian citizen, deeply in love with my romanian girlfriend and wanting to marry her in romania, and thereafter both of us together go to London. I would like to know how to register my marriage in romania, what are the documents required at the time of marriage and also to obtain a marriage certificate, does an attorney is required for this purpose, is there any special law for marriage between romanian citzen and a foreigner, can i stay with her in romania for sometime, if i want to do business and set my own business setup what formalities are required.

this question relates to romania law and not law in India. In india the marriage will be under special marriage act and may be registered without a lawyer. the documents generally required are date of birth certificate, proof of residence, affidavit of first marriage. if divorce then court decree, two photos
