Legal Question in Construction Law in India
inherited ancestral property
I am the 23 desendent of my denisty,we were two brothers I being the elder,my younger brother is no more.I was born in the year 1945.Can my father lease out this ancestral property for 99years without my consent ?I am succeded by a son age 40 and daughter aged 38. Thankyou .

Answer is a big nooooo.In your ancestral property, you and your children are coparceners having equal rights as does your father have, and without consent from the coparceners, your father cannot create any kind of third party right.
