Legal Question in Construction Law in India
inspite of stay order given by session court and interim stay given by high court municipality demolished the building without any final measurment of the land and demolished more area than the recorded disputed area.

An application for contempt is needed to be moved. And also file a case for damages, against the concerned officials personally along-with Municipality.
