Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I want to install tatasky at my house but unfortunately tatasky dish didnt get signal in my balacony
and our society doesnot give permisson to install tatasky at terrace
so what should i do

Terrace of the Society is a common area, and every member has a right to use it for installation of antenna and for all such uses.
