Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Whether it is legal to construct Flats on stilt floor, passed as Parking area in a high rise building. If No then what remedies should be taken to stop the builder.

remedy is to file for an injunction against the builder to not to construct flat on stilt floor meant for parking
