Dear Sir / Madam,
How can a solar panel installed in the neighbour's building terrace at Shankarsheth Road, Swargate, Pune hinder your view from your terrace to the open sky ? It is perfectly legal, provided the entire erected solar panel structure remains within the confines of the neighbour's terrace surface area, and is not protruding or jutting beyond it, so as to obstruct your view.
