Sir,

I invested Rs 20.000 ( Twenty Thousand ) at Adventure Country Resorts Limited Bombay in 31 Dec 1999 and obtained Preferenceial shares on private placement basis.Application Appl.No Series Folio No No of shares

The Company also enclosed 36 Adventure Holidays Coupon

Worth Rs 57,600 which is encashable when not used.

I have with me Shares Certificates, Adventure Room Coupons and the relevent letters (original) duly signed by company directors. When I wrote to the company in December 2004 , my letters came back undelivered. On enquiry I found that the company is closed and disappeared. Some others like me with larger amounts have advised me to file a case at Bombay High Court. I am an old man of 75 yrs residing in Delhi.

can you take the case or recommend any one to help me out of this problem.

You may file a complaint with police Dept. Economic Offenses Wing, they shall investigate and prosecute the persons, if more persons have filed complaint.

You may file a complaint approaching the Police and charge them under monetary offences. They will proceed with the matter.
