Maintance Charges
Dear Sir,
I would like to know what is the procedure to charge maintance charges for all the members of the society, for flats and shops, our society is having 20 Flats, and 20 Shops, and our monthly expenditure is approx. Rs. 16000/-

The Society may just send the bills to all the members for recovery of the dues.
