Nominee for Flat

Dear Sir,

I Recently purchased a resale flat with a registered society and all the legal formalities were done by my family, i am the owner of the flat but the nominee is my sister which i dont want , now i want to change the nominee, what procedure i will need to do and what will be the cost involved for the same

You may approach the Society for change of nomination. there should be no cost involved.
