Open Terrace usage
I have an open terrace attached to my master bedroom and there is a wall in between my terrace and the common society terrace.
Since the length of the inbetween wall is not enough, we had placed a request to the soiety for increasing the height to avoid anyone jumping from the other side of the terrace and also to avoid the secuirty guards peeping into my house. The society is not permitting the same and stating that we are trying to use this as a room. Also we have a washing machine which we have placed on the terrace for which the drainage is to thesewage pipe so that no soap water is drained in the society compound, the society is taking objection against this and has stated us that we should not keep any clothes for drying on the terrace as well as not wash clothes there. Can you please advise if there any provisions which we can sight to the society committee members, to solve these issues.
Also I have purchased stilt parking with my flat & hv got a allotment letter from the Builder for the same which is suly submitted to the society, however they are not accepting the same. can you suggest if there are any specific requirement for getting parking space registered & procedure for same.

You may need to refer to your contract with the Society, the bye-laws of the society read with the decisions taken by the Managing Committee or the general body in AGMs.
