Legal Question in Construction Law in India

I am planning to buy a 3 BHK flat at Alien Space Station 1, Gachibowli-Tellapur. I would like to know:

Builder is promising to develop by Dec , 2014. Is the builder trust worthy?

Is there a legal action that can be

taken if they do not deliver it on time?

Instead, relax and enjoy the Makar Sankranti festival which is celebrated all over India today.

No lawyer can tell you whether a builder is trust worthy or not.

You need to consult a lawyer - with the papers which the builder may have given to you. As it is impossible to advice on such issue, with scanty information provided by you.
