Legal Question in Construction Law in India
We have got Possession of flat, but not Possession Letter and Completion Certificate. We are living in the property since 3 months but Builder needs to pay us Maintenance Charges since first day of living. And more over this the builder asked to pay us charges for Water as all the Bore-well in the property got dried.
Please let me know is it legal or not?
