We are the property owners (First Party) have done agreement with the second party now second party fail to pay money against our services and now we stop to give any service to the second party then second party arranged third party to temper with our materials, where i can claim against second party

You may lodge a claim against the second party for non-payment of services rendered by you, as well as on the third party for damages on account of loss of materials in the Raipur Consumer Court or Lok Adalat.
