we have purchase to 2 room only agreement to sell have done and that is unregistered and we paid full amount to vendor. Now vendor not agreed for sale deed? what will we do now

you may file a suit for specific performance of agreement even if the same is unregistered. do you have proof of payment of entire consideration amount?
