purchase of silt for parking of ambulance

i have purchased ) a parking silt for parking ambulance along with shop for charitable medical polyclinic( got it registered with paying stamp duty. whether it is legal? and can i cover the parking silt

The payment of stamp duty may have relationship with the proposed action. You may cover an area only in accordance with the local rules/bye-laws.
