Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I have purchased an appartment. But due to incompleted construction and delay in providing the Architectural report we have missed the payment schedule and now builder is asking us to pay the intrest @ 24/-. i would like to know is builder has rights to take any intreset from consumer if the construction is in progress. If it is not legal, can i get the law from MOFA where we can prove that it is illegal.

he cannot ask for such a high interest rate. you may approach the consumer court.
