Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I have purchased a flat in Airoli, Navi mumbai..
And it is nearing 2 year... the builder has not given us OC (Occupancy Certificate) of the building.
I have contacted a local layer, he suggested to file a Case againts the Builder in Consumer Court.
But the problem is the builder has changed his address and we are unable to find his address.
His cell phone is working, but he not willing to give the address.
Contacted local police station.. but they are not ready to help.
I know if the police is not registering FIR i can send registered copy and get it Done.
But my main concern is, if i do this and the builder changes his number (Prepaid number) then i will loose contact with the builder completely and i will be clue less about where the builder is????
What to do .........................Pl guide how to get the OC done???
Regards,
Arvind
