Legal Question in Construction Law in India

I had recently purchased flat in pune ,but there are only 4 flats & builder said he will get permission to build two more flats .If I want to sell it in future how should I sell , as Apartment deed as well as society has not formed due to 4 flats only.

Dear Sir / Madam,

As the owner of the flat, you are free to sell it to any other person vide an Agreement for Sale.

Apartment Deed i.e. Deed of Condominium can formed it does not need more then three persons. You have four flats, hence it can be formed, under Mah. Apt. Ownership Act.

You can sell your rights, provided the agreement is registered.
