Reg construction

In continuation to your reply for my previous question. Here is the detail

I live in an independent home where my neighbor has constructed toilet room in his are .But it is close to my place. Can I object this, considering the hygienic point?

Take a walk to the municipal corporation and file a complaint regarding the construction and they will as per corporation act issue appropriate notices to the errant neighbor who does not care about humans.

No, that alone may be no ground; a toilet room is not necessarily unhygienic. you may need to adjust with neighborus and recognise their rights of peaceful living.
