Legal Question in Construction Law in India
renovation query
society needs renovation and painting and the society wants each member to contribute a huge amount with one quotation for the work. Can with only one quotation the scociety undergo renovation and repair work with painting and can the society forcefully ask the member to contribute. Can any member refuse to pay.

that solely depends upon the bye laws of the society. in case the members are aggrieved by such force, they may approach the civil court and obtain the stay against the society.
