Can I do repair work?
Hi, I got the possession of flat in Pune on March' 2008. My building has 8 members and is fully occupied. We haven't received OC from corporation yet nor we've formed the society.
I have N-S main door. But to make E-W entry builder has given small wall near my flat entrance. This wall doesn't have any beam. Now, I want to remove this wall. Can I go ahead?

You can make some small repair to structure without deviating from approved construction plan.
