Re:Property matters
aith reference to my previous question. the agreement states in brief like this: '' this is a receipt of Rs 25000 received as a token amount out of the total consideration of rs 470000 for the sale of flat, the balance being paid as follows- rs 50000 on the day of registration of agreement and the balance 400000 on receiving of loan from a financial institution of bank''

it seems no specific date is put in , so you can demand for immediete sale,say a period of 7 or10 days, failing which you can terminate and give to new buyer, perhaps this is only possible remedy.however it cannot be said a litigation can be avoided,but you will be in more safer side .
