Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Respected Sir,
I, Kanchan Athalye residing in PMGP Colony, Andheri - East, would like to have a guidance on the following:
Our society does not have a conveyance deed, we have not clesred our dues as per mhada. Now thedeveloper is clearing the conveyance and all other formalities on our behalf with mhada. he is not giving us the prescribed FSI of 2.5. is it a must to give us the prescribed FSI or what are our rights for fsi.
