what are the rights of an aggrieved person in a criminal proceeding to get impleaded in a writ petition to re-investigate that criminal proceeding ?

you have not mentioned as to whether you are a complainant. If yes, you may move an application before the same court for further investigation under section 173(8) cr pc or move the high court for writ
