Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Sir, I have paid for the bunglow in the proposed town ship. The land is gaothan owned by a farmer and is being developing by another builder. In agreement do the landowner's name should include or a builder's or both's? Reciept has been given to me by the builder only. Is it will be legal to own the house by Builder only?
