Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Sir , I want to rent our my registered flat in Apartment(got possession ) . But Builder dosent allow me to do so for working bachelors/students . Family is not ready to rent it as there is no lift & corporation water avilabilty ,security etc. Due to non doing of society/Apartment deed this building is under control of builder . Pls. suggest how to come out ?

What is the society office bearers doing to get all the necessary electricity ,water etc for the flats . What is the relationship between the society and the builder ?
