Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Thanks sir,

But i dont know whether he is responsible for the same,i dont know the rule for dry balcony.

In our agrrement it is mentioned that "One flat no.1001 if 72.28 sq.mtrs.carpet area (which is inclusive of the area of balconies ) together with eyelevel attached terrace admeasuring 7.80 sq.mtrs carpet area on 10th floor."

Here he has not mentioned about covered or uncovered. All other resident have covered dry balconies even building having 11th floor and i am staying at 10th floor.

He has charged half amount for the terrace balcony ant it is open. But in dry balcony he has charged full and it is also open.

Sir,please tell me if it is right or not.
