Legal Question in Construction Law in India

sir,i am the owner of a land and i have given it for development to a builder and the GPA clearly states that there will two blocks in different compounds as block A and block B, the land owner is having right on block A only and not on block B and the builder have right on block B only and not on block A. now builder has defaulted and became bankurpt and given some flats on agreement of sale, now the persons we have the agreement of sale are asking me to register, but block B in hypoticated to a bank and me the land owner has given simple guarantee for the loan.my question is as the builder the owner of that block B is my liability there for that person who has agreement of sale.

what i have understood u gave land for development to a builder in which he invested money through a loan for which again u gave the guarntee... and now the builder is bankrupt... that flats which he made in development ... is also sold....

GPA that is general power of attorney is actually a document which makes the other person to act on your behalf ...whatever action he has taken is to be considered as your action...

it seems u have clubbed a GPA with a agreement ...

the persons who are asking u to register is because u have though given the development rights to the builder but the land still belongs to u as a owner ...as u have not sold him the land ...
