Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Sir,
My neighbour is trying to built a Complex just next to my home. I told him that he should maintain a gap of 6 feet as per muncipality rules and also not to keep windows on my side as the Complex is for comercial use. Sir, please tell me what I have told him is Legally right or wrong.

You have right to enforce your right of easement. If they continue or put up any construction, you can file a suit for mandatory injunction to remove the offending construction
