Legal Question in Construction Law in India
We had supplied material on the basis of purchase order received from A who has bagged contract from B. B has got the tender from C who is the principal getting constructed a power generation plant. Now A is not paying our bills since 9-10 months. let us know whether we can prosecute B & A as co principle& principle as they have awarded the contract

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please refer the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order. If there is any condition referring that your payment is subject to approval and acceptance of the material supplied by you by B, check the terms and reference for the time frame for approval which should be reasonable.
In no way is 9-10 months a reasonable period.
