Legal Question in Construction Law in India
wish to terminate a ratio deal contract on rs 100 stamp .
dad and me made a ratio deal with third person , dad is no more and he does not wish to continue with the same conditions in the contract. the land is in the name of my dad and me and the contract was: My land and his construction with a 50 - 50 ratio profitability.every time he threatens me and wish to forcefully do the work as he wishes to . Please let me know is there any legal way to cancel/ terminate the contract ?

You have not stated the date of the deed. Normally you should be able to cancel the contract, however a final opinion can be given only after study of the [email protected]
