Legal Question in Construction Law in India
what is the time limit to file a suit after the contract completion period for construction contracts and for service contracts(ie, consultants). Can the employer include a period of time within which a dispute may be refered to the competent court. incase if such time limit is prescribed, will the clause be biased leading to the condition becoming void??

the limitation runs for three years since the last cause of action.
