Legal Question in Construction Law in India
toilet chamber contruction
i live in a building at ground floor for 16 years, the society had constructed the toilet chamber near by my way from which daily there is an odour from the chamber, becoz the chamber are not properly closed. I have complained them for this matter they replied me that ''every time the toilets get choke up so we have to clean it every month so we cant close it permanantly'' becoz of this reason i am suffering a lot, please help me?
