Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
1. Can a court validate a photocopy of a fabricated, forged document to dismiss a complaint while disregarding all valid documents of evidence?
2. Can an application under Order 47 Rule 1 be made in a consumer Forum on account of mistake / error apparent on the face of the record and discovery of new and important evidence that was not within the knowledge when order was made?
