Hi,
I have an a/c in PNB bank. and today i get a call that my a/c is empty. I need ur help that in under which law it came and whts the step I should follow. Because the banker said that its fraud. Please help me

Which account it was; what was the mode of payment; how bank has concluded it as a fraud; what was the modus operandi of fraudsters; if bank concludes it as a fraud then FIR was lodged by bank or not; whether the matter has been reported as a fraud to RBI or not. If negligence is attributable to bank, then bank should bear the losses.

you may lodge a complaint u/s 406/420/468/471 IPC against the bank and unknown accused. you may elaborate the facts and circumstances in your f.i.r..
