under what act

I have been taking the packaged kinley drinking water since 2003 and everytime i have to run from pillar to post to execute the supply i had written several letters to them the distributor will depute a person who will say sorry and the same thing is continues. can u please guide me whether this service covers under the consumer act?

Depending upon your contract, the service may be covered within the consumer law. If not, you may pursue your remedy in the civil court for breach of contract.
