what action can be taken if the society is not providing water everyday, since last four to five months we are getting water every alternate day I made verbal complaint 2 or 3 times but they are saying some water lickage is there in the pipe line so we can not provide water everyday, we are paying Rs.500 maintenance every month but we are not getting sufficient water also that why I have decided to make some legel complaints against the society, Kindly advice what should I do first.

Raise issue in the weekly/Monthly meeting.

If, no solution is found , than only proceed further.

Verbal complaint won't suffice. Write a complaint letter to the chairman / secretary and try to get a reply. in writing from the society.
