Dear Sir / Madam,
(Kakkar Majra / Korwa Khurd / Panchakula / Shahzadpur - Ambala, Haryana)
Depending on the terms and conditions on which you have taken the advance for the sale of your house, you will have to convince the buyer of your keenness to rescind the contract, and request the buyer to accept return of the entire advance taken by you.
