Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I had followed advise given by Sri Sudershan Goel of Law Guru in following up a case in Consumer Forum that made the case in my favor on the point raised by me that Citizens are Consumers and Chennai Metropolitan Development authority is a service provider. CMDA has written a letter to me that the request made by me to it s a citizen had been conceded by it. On that basis can I trust the CMDA will act as per his conceding and withdraw my petition before the Forum? Will the Forum agree if I make a memorandum to keep the case alive till final settlement is done?

You can withdraw the case since CMDA has agreed to resolve your problem.

Since avoid litigation is the best way of any solution because litigation process

while redress it indeed harass also. Further any point of time you may go for

litigation process.
