Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i just had an agreement with seller and done stamp duty and registration , but seller don't have the orginal agreement paper. the bank ask original agreement paper without that bank told no loan. now i want to cancell the stamp duty and registration . will i get stamp duty registration fee refund . i had given one lakh and fifty thousand rupees can get the refund money please help me

Please make application to the Collector of Stamps for refund of stamp duty. For the registration chgs, cancell the DD/Pay Order.
apply to the collector through the same office from where you purchased the stamp paper by making an application on a plain paper.
I think for the above said purpose one needs to surrender the original papers to the authority.
You can proceed against the seller for claiming damages. or go for rescission of contract.
