Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

i've asked airtel cutomer care to shift my connection from one place to another. then they said they cant give and i asked them to disconnect,which happened on march 4. then they called me and asked that "can i transfer your account to your friend nearby". i said "ok do that". I called them today and they are saying nothing is been recorded and i need to pay for this 20 days bill and they will take another week to disconnect(totally 27days).what can i do now?
