Legal Question in Consumer Law in
I had availed a personal loan from HDFC bank for 60 EMI and was unable to pay after payment of 38 installments.HDFC bank deposited a security cheque to mobilize act 138. i want to issue stop payment notice for my other security cheques . Can i do so and how can i stop them fro further cases from their end

you have to give notice for stop payment prior to their deposit and you have to state the dispute in the notice being raised
