Blank Check Blackmailing to make it bounce

I had given three blank check only by putting the signature with no dates on it. Checks for what it was given not finished by builder. Three times date of the construction has been changed. Many work has yet to be finished and lastly he is asking for money. It is sure, if I give him money he will not return check and can be tends to bounce. Please, give me an advice, what should I do and what will be the consequences after getting bounce the check. Should I convey to the bank and police station for all that happened before to happened this expected things.

Firstly demand back your cheque by way of notice and the settle your score with builder.In case of dishonouringof cheque,you shall be laible to prosecution u/s.138 NI Act.
