Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I have given a blank 100 Rupees Stamp Paper to my builder 7 months back for a BOND. The stamp paper doesn't contains my signature. I purchased it and the shopkeeper got my signature on the back of stamp paper as a person purchasing it.

But the builder never presented any bond to me on the stamp paper. I assume it wouldn't be miss used.

Please if someone cans suggest something to me if there are any implications of this stamp paper.

It could be misused, so send a legal notice to your builder to return the stamp paper.

You may request the builder to deliver you the BOND or the stamp paper.

Better act in advance of any possible misuse.

Issue a lawyer notice detailing the facts and quote with provisions of law.
